ElevateQCS Products — License and Terms of Use

These terms apply to all ElevateQCS kits (Essentials and Complete editions), packs, add-ons, bundles and individual documents (each referred to here as the "Kit"), supplied by Elevate Quality Compliance Solutions LLC ("ElevateQCS"). By downloading or using the Kit you accept these terms. The version in force on your purchase date applies to your purchase.

1. License granted

Single-organization license: one legal entity may use, edit and adapt the Kit for its own management system, at any number of its own sites, for an unlimited time. Consultant editions: purchasers of a Consultant edition are covered by the separate Consultant License and Terms, not by this license.

2. You may

Edit, rebrand and incorporate the templates into your controlled documents; share the Kit with employees and contractors working on your management system; show your adapted documents to auditors and customers.

3. You may not

Resell, sublicense, publish or give away the Kit or its unedited files, in whole or in part; upload the Kit to template marketplaces, file-sharing services or AI-training datasets; use it for other organizations (consultants need a Consultant edition); remove copyright notices from the guides, workbooks, decks or videos.

4. Intellectual property

ElevateQCS owns the Kit. ISO and IEC standards are copyrighted by ISO and IEC, and EU legal texts by the European Union. ElevateQCS is not affiliated with or endorsed by ISO, IEC or the EU; the Kit paraphrases and interprets requirements and does not reproduce the standards. You need your own licensed copies of the standards you implement.

5. No certification guarantee

The Kit is guidance and tooling. Certification decisions are made only by accredited certification bodies. ElevateQCS does not guarantee certification, audit outcomes or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for adapting the content to your organization and verifying it against the standard.

6. Updates

Purchasers receive free updates to the purchased edition, by email, for 12 months from the date of purchase. Errors reported to us are corrected and the corrected files are sent free to all buyers of that edition for as long as it is sold.

7. Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and refunds under its buyer terms and Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers) once the download begins. If a product is materially not as described, email support@elevateqcs.com within 14 days of purchase and we will correct it or ask Paddle to refund you. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ElevateQCS's total liability relating to the Kit is limited to the price you paid. ElevateQCS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of certification, contracts or profit. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. Questions: support@elevateqcs.com · elevateqcs.com
