Cookie Policy

Which cookies and storage ElevateQCS uses, why, and how to change your choice.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Local storage works the same way but stays in the browser and isn't sent with requests. This policy covers both.
2. Categories we use
- Necessary (always on): needed for the site to work, such as remembering your consent choice and your cart.
- Analytics (off unless you turn it on): Google Analytics 4, so we can see how the site is used.
- Marketing (off): we don't use marketing cookies. If we ever do, we will ask you first.

4. Google Analytics and Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you choose, every Google consent signal is set to "denied" and the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept Analytics. If you later turn Analytics off, we update the consent signal, delete the _ga cookies and reload the page.
5. YouTube videos
Videos show a still image first, loaded from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com), which doesn't set cookies. The player itself loads only when you press play; the video then plays from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set cookies before playback. Once playing, Google's privacy policy applies.
6. How to change your choice
Use (also in the footer of every page) at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, but your cart and consent choice will reset.
We ask again when this policy changes in a way that affects your choice.
