Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use elevateqcs.com. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

• Text and interface colors are checked for AA contrast (body text 8.4:1, secondary text 5.0:1 on the page background).
• Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible navy focus ring; header menus, the hero switcher and carousels have labeled buttons and arrow-key support.
• Forms have visible labels, required-field markers, error messages linked to their fields, and focus moves to the first problem when a form can't be sent.
• Inputs use 16px text so phones don't zoom, and touch targets are at least 44px on touch screens.
• Pages reflow down to 320px wide and work at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
• Motion is subtle and respects the "reduce motion" setting; nothing autoplays or flashes.
• Decorative images and illustrations are hidden from screen readers; meaningful images have text alternatives.

We test with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, narrow phone widths (320–375px), the reduced-motion setting, contrast checks against our color tokens, and the browser accessibility tree for labels and roles. The last review was on November 1, 2026. A full screen-reader audit is planned.

• Some older resource and tool pages still use earlier styles and may have weaker heading structure; we are updating them.
• Kit documents are editable Word and Excel files; their accessibility depends partly on how you edit them. Some downloadable PDFs are not fully tagged.
• Checkout is provided by Paddle, and videos are played by YouTube; their accessibility is outside our control.
• Captions on videos depend on YouTube's captioning.
